What You Will Learn
After attending this course, participants will be able to:
- Understand the fundamental concepts of Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI and AI agents without requiring a technical background.
- Identify tasks, problems and ideas that can realistically be transformed into AI-based projects.
- Translate an initial idea into a clearly defined AI use case with objectives, users, inputs, outputs and expected results.
- Understand the main components of an AI agent, including the AI model, instructions, knowledge, tools, actions and integrations.
- Follow a practical roadmap from idea and use-case definition to the configuration, testing and improvement of a first AI agent.
- Install or access an appropriate AI-agent environment, configure a simple agent and test it using a practical use case.

Course Description
Artificial Intelligence can turn everyday ideas into practical tools, but for many non-technical users the main challenge is knowing where to start. “Transforming Ideas into Action” is a two-day introductory course designed to provide participants with a clear and accessible roadmap for developing their first AI project, from identifying a useful idea to creating a functional AI agent.
Day 1 focuses on concepts and planning. Participants will explore the fundamentals of AI, Generative AI and AI agents, learn what an AI agent can and cannot do, and understand the main building blocks of an agent-based solution. Through guided examples, they will learn how to define a problem, formulate a use case, identify the required inputs and outputs, select suitable tools and create a realistic implementation roadmap.
Day 2 is practical and guided. Participants will install or access the selected AI-agent environment, configure the main components of an agent, define its instructions and knowledge, connect appropriate tools or actions where relevant, and test the agent against a simple use case. By the end of the course, each participant will have followed the complete process from an initial idea to a basic working AI-agent prototype and will understand the next steps required to improve, validate and responsibly use it.
