BSC AIF Incubation Programme Call 2 Began with Onboarding Session in Barcelona

The BSC AI Factory Incubation Programme Call 2 officially started on Tuesday 7 April 2026 at Pier07 Tech Barcelona, where selected startups joined the onboarding of their incubation journey within the BSC AIF ecosystem. The objective was to introduce the BSC AIF team, present the services available during the incubation period, and provide an overview of the ecosystem they would be joining.

The programme opened with a welcome and introduction by Arnau Cuatrecasas, BSC AIF Space Manager, followed by an overview of the initiative and its services presented by Albert Cañigueral, BSC AIF One Stop Shop Manager. Santi Trujillo, BSC AIF Key Account Manager for Startups, introduced his role as the main point of contact for the incubated companies, while Renata Gimenez, BSC Project Dissemination coordinator, presented the communication opportunitities for participants.

Incubation Programme Arnau Cuatrecasas

After a short break at the terrace at Pier07, Arnau Cuatrecasas presented the structure, objectives, and main milestones of the Incubation Programme. Gonzalo Alcaraz from Tech Barcelona  also introduced the local innovation ecosystem that the startups will be joining. The startups closed the morning with one minute pitches showcasing their initiatives, followed by a guided tour of the facilities and workspaces.

The event marked the first netwroking event among the selected startups in Call 2 and the BSC AI Factory team, setting the stage for the months ahead.
